A Snowflakes Promise need to gather  certain data and use certain information about individuals who enter each month into our blog challenges.

This policy describes what we will collect and how it will be handled and stored to meet the data protection standards- and to comply with the law.

The protection policy ensures A Snowflakes Promise
Compiles with data protection law and good practice.
It also protects the rights of the entries into our blog challenges and our design team
We are open about how we store and process individuals details of their blogs and names
We also protect itself from the risk of a data breach.

ENTRANTS INTO THE CHALLENGES

When entering our challenge through the inlinkz tool  you do so in the knowledge that your make,  name you use in the challenge and your blog will be visible to all that visit this blog.

All challenge information of previous challenges will be deleted  within SIX MONTHS after the challenge has finished. This also includes any design team makes.

All data which involves your blog links , Names etc will be removed from the blog within SIX  MONTHS after the challenge has finished. This also includes any design team makes.

All emails names and links to your blogs will also be removed from the linky tool SIX MONTHS after the challenge has finished.


FOLLOWERS

If you follow the blog you do so in the knowledge  that your link to your name or blog plus image will be displayed for anyone to see that is visiting this blog.
If you would like to delete been a follower you can do so (but that means you wont be following the challenges.)

COMMENTS

If you leave a comment on the blog you do so in the knowledge that your link to your name or blog plus image will be displayed for anyone to see that is visiting this blog.

If you would like to delete a comment please do so as you can delete your own comment in blogger.

Comments are also covered by Google Privacy Policy

WINNERS
A Snowflakes Promise will no longer add links to your blogs if you have won a prize in one of our challenges.

 It will just state your Name and a image of the make you entered into the challenge.

It is up to you to contact me at fiona.walker3@aol.co.uk for details on how to claim your prize.

All challenge information of previous challenges will be deleted  SIX MONTHS after the challenges have finished.




THIRD PARTIES

This blog has associations with other social media platforms including facebook, google, and google plus,  inlinkz, and instagram and twitter

I personally don't collect any data   associated with this blog but those mentioned above might do.

I share the actual challenge  post on those social media platforms listed above and this is only to direct people to the blog.

On the side bar of the blog you will find links to our sponsors stores when clicking on these you will then leave our blog and be under that  stores privacy policies.
